Data Processing Roles and Requests

Sky Grid Developments LLC determines processing purposes for platform accounts, security, billing, support, service operation, and product improvement within the stated limits. For customer content collected through a tenant's form, menu, auction, workflow, or integration, the tenant generally determines the collection purpose and WebFormafy processes the data to provide the configured service, subject to the Terms and Privacy Policy.

Platform improvement uses account information, product interactions, telemetry, and feedback, with aggregation or deidentification where practical. Raw tenant customer submissions are not used for unrelated advertising, sale, profiling across the platform, or training general artificial intelligence models. A materially different use of identifiable tenant content requires a separate review and any notice, choice, consent, or contract update required by law.

Tenants are responsible for lawful instructions, notices, consents, rights responses, and avoiding prohibited data. WebFormafy provides account export and deletion controls, but may restrict deletion for ownership transfer, fraud, payment, refund, tax, dispute, security, legal hold, or other lawful retention requirements.
