Plain-Language Summary
I Build the System
SkyGrid Developments builds and configures the agreed website or workflow based on the scope, assets, copy, and access provided.
You Review Before Launch
The client is responsible for reviewing content, prices, policies, links, legal requirements, and business accuracy before use.
Handoff Transfers Operation
After completion, ongoing business operation, customer decisions, compliance, updates, payments, and third-party accounts belong to the client unless support is separately agreed.
No Intentional Data Sharing
Client data is not intentionally sold or shared. Necessary third-party tools may process data when hosting, payments, email, analytics, or integrations are enabled.
Handoff Terms
Client Responsibility After Completion
Once a project is approved, delivered, or placed into use, the client is responsible for how the website or system is operated. This includes business licensing, taxes, refunds, customer service, product claims, accessibility obligations, privacy notices, terms, shipping rules, payment account standing, and industry-specific compliance.
SkyGrid Developments is not a law firm, accountant, payment processor, insurer, or compliance authority. Clients should cross their T's, dot their I's, and consult qualified professionals for regulated or high-risk business decisions.
No Ongoing Liability Unless Agreed
After handoff, SkyGrid Developments is not responsible for losses caused by client edits, expired domains, disconnected accounts, changed passwords, third-party outages, unreviewed content, payment disputes, shipping issues, missed notifications, or business use outside the agreed scope.
Ongoing maintenance, monitoring, emergency fixes, backups, security hardening, content updates, and business support are separate services unless explicitly included in writing.
Portfolio and Gallery Use
Unless a written agreement says otherwise, SkyGrid Developments may reference completed public-facing work in portfolios, examples, galleries, demos, social posts, or case-study style promotional material. This is intended to promote both the client business and SkyGrid's work. Private credentials, non-public customer records, and sensitive operational details should not be published.
Data and Access
Temporary access to hosting, domains, payment dashboards, repositories, email providers, or business tools may be needed to complete work. Clients should rotate shared passwords after handoff, maintain their own account recovery methods, and remove access that is no longer needed.
Need support after handoff?
Maintenance, improvements, legal-page updates, integrations, backups, and launch checks can be handled as a separate support scope.
