Terms of Service

1. Platform and contracting parties
WebFormafy is workflow software operated by Sky Grid Developments LLC. It enables independent businesses and other account owners to publish forms, sell goods or services, schedule work, and run auctions. The business identified on a checkout remains responsible for the truth and legality of its offering, fulfillment, customer support, permits, and seller disclosures. Payment provider configuration can separately determine which account is the settlement merchant or payment business of record and which balance bears processing fees, refunds, and chargebacks. A seller label alone does not override those provider rules.
2. Accounts and authorized use
You must provide accurate information, protect account credentials, use multifactor authentication when offered, and ensure each person uses their own account. You may not bypass authorization, access another tenant's data, misuse payment or refund functions, distribute malware, infringe rights, conduct unlawful sales, or use the service to deceive customers.
3. Sensitive and regulated data
Do not submit or collect protected health information (PHI). The generally available service is not configured for data regulated by HIPAA, and no business associate agreement is offered through independent signup. Health information may also be regulated outside HIPAA, so a use is not approved merely because the account owner is not a HIPAA covered entity. Do not collect payment card numbers, CVV values, government identifiers, account passwords, or other data prohibited by the checkout or form instructions.
4. Merchant and publisher responsibilities
Account owners are responsible for lawful content, pricing, product descriptions, inventory and fulfillment promises, accessibility, required permits, taxes, consent language, privacy notices, return/refund/cancellation terms, and responding to customers and regulators. Account owners must not display compliance badges or guarantees they cannot substantiate.
5. Payments, refunds, disputes, and payouts
WebFormafy does not accept physical cash and does not provide customers or sellers with a withdrawable stored value balance. Stripe, Square, PayPal, or the provider shown at checkout receives payment credentials and processes or settles enabled payments. Processing by an outside provider does not by itself decide legal responsibility. The charge type for a connected account, provider terms, and applicable law can assign fees, refunds, chargebacks, reserves, reporting, or duties as the business of record to the seller, WebFormafy, or both. Refunds must be returned against the original provider payment and are not complete until the provider reports success. Cancelling fulfillment does not itself issue a refund. The Refund and Cancellation Policy is incorporated into these terms.
6. Auction payment authorization is not licensed escrow
The auction flow uses payment authorization through an outside provider, followed by delayed capture or release. An authorization may place a temporary hold on the buyer's payment method; it is not a deposit into a WebFormafy escrow account. WebFormafy is not representing itself as a licensed escrow company or bank, and the flow does not guarantee delivery, satisfaction, dispute recovery, or payout. Authorization windows can expire, and capture, refund, dispute, transfer, and payout remain subject to provider rules and applicable law.
7. Subscriptions
Before a recurring purchase, the checkout must disclose the amount, billing interval, automatic renewal terms, trial or promotional conversion, how to cancel, and any material limits near the request for affirmative consent. A confirmation must be provided after purchase. You may cancel future renewal through the account controls made available for the selected provider or by contacting support. Cancellation must be at least as accessible as signup where required. It normally stops future service at the stated effective date and does not by itself prove that a prior charge was refunded. Mandatory rights related to automatic renewal are not waived.
8. Data, privacy, and integrations
Our Privacy Policy explains platform processing. Account owners determine why and how they collect customer data and must provide their own required notices. Optional integrations send data to providers chosen by the account owner. The current provider categories are described on the Subprocessors page.
9. Suspension, deletion, and retained records
We may restrict use that is unlawful, insecure, fraudulent, or violates policy. Account deletion is subject to ownership transfer, fraud prevention, dispute, tax, payment, security, legal hold, and other lawful retention requirements. Where deletion is restricted, the privacy support process will determine whether data should be retained, anonymized, or deleted.
10. Service changes and support
Features and providers may change. Material changes to legal terms will be identified by an updated effective date and, where required, additional notice or consent. Contact SkyGridobe@gmail.com for legal, privacy, payment reconciliation, or accessibility requests.
