Current plan limits, add-on prices, transaction fee rules, and what is—and is not—a platform fee.
Two ways to launch, two different cost layers
WebFormafy remains open to self-service customers. Creating a profile and building your own intake or workflow does not require a SkyGrid project.
- WebFormafy platform: subscriptions, add-ons, usage limits, and configured platform fees are listed on this page and in checkout.
- SkyGrid implementation: discovery, design, setup, migration, testing, and launch assistance are quoted separately in a written project scope.
- Payment processing: processor charges belong to the merchant's agreement with the selected provider and are separate from both layers above.

Plan and add-on tables below are loaded from the active application catalog. Platform fee percentages are loaded from the running environment's configuration, so this page reflects deployment overrides as well as checked-in defaults.
Subscription billing
- Prices are shown in U.S. dollars before any tax that may apply to the subscription purchase.
- A recurring paid plan renews monthly until cancelled through the supported billing flow.
- A one-time paid plan purchase provides one month of access. At expiration, the account returns to Free unless another successful payment extends the term.
- Add-ons purchased with a recurring subscription recur monthly. Add-ons included with a one-time plan purchase cover that one-month term. Standalone add-on checkout is monthly.
- Limits are evaluated against the active plan plus active add-ons. The Usage & Limits page shows the current account's effective usage.

Add-ons are useful when one limit or capability is the constraint. A higher plan may be better when several limits are tight at the same time.

WebFormafy transaction fees

The auction platform fee is routed as an application fee from the connected payment. It is not added to shipping. Payment processors can deduct their own fees separately.
Other amounts customers or businesses may see
- Payment processing: Stripe and any other configured provider can charge processing, dispute, refund, cross-border, currency-conversion, instant-payout, or optional-service fees under the merchant's provider agreement.
- Connection level: Stripe Connect is the primary integrated card and wallet path. Google Pay is an eligible Stripe wallet rather than a separate WebFormafy processor. PayPal, Square, and Venmo may use different checkout or external-handoff paths, so confirm the written setup before assuming settlement is verified automatically.
- Tax: the menu owner can disable collection, configure a manual percentage, or enable jurisdiction-based Stripe Tax calculation. Automatic calculation records the seller's connected-account tax transaction after full payment and reverses it after a full refund. The business must still configure registrations and remains responsible for filing and remittance.
- Tips: optional customer gratuity, bounded by configured minimum and maximum percentages. A tip is not a WebFormafy fee.
- Shipping: a flat amount or carrier-derived amount. Carrier labels, adjustments, insurance, pickup, and address-correction costs belong to the seller's carrier relationship.
- Discounts: coupons and automatic sales reduce eligible totals. They are not fees.
- Deposits and balances: a deposit is part of the order total collected now; the balance is the unpaid remainder. Neither is an added fee.
- Refunds and disputes: order or auction-payment refunds do not guarantee that a provider returns its original processing or dispute fees.
Verify current processor pricing
Provider rates vary by country, method, account, and negotiated agreement and can change independently of WebFormafy. Check the provider before quoting a net payout:
Worked examples
$100 regular menu order
At the current 0% menu platform rate, the WebFormafy platform fee is $0.00. The provider can still deduct its processing fee, and tax, tip, shipping, and discounts change the customer total independently.
$100 auction item plus $12 shipping
The current WebFormafy auction fee is $1.00 because it is calculated from the $100 item amount. The $12 shipping amount is excluded from that platform-fee base. Provider processing and carrier costs can still apply.
$200 order with a 25% deposit
The customer pays $50 now and the order records a $150 balance due, before considering how tax, tip, shipping, or discounts affect the configured total. The $50 is a partial payment, not an added $50 charge.
Always use the final checkout screen, provider dashboard, subscription history, order payment ledger, and written merchant/carrier agreements when reconciling a real charge. This guide explains application behavior; it is not tax, accounting, or legal advice.
